(More customer reviews)The Production quality of this dvd is that of a home movie. Sound is patchy. The camera operator tried to go for some of those artsy shots, when it would have been better just to sit the camera on a tri-pod. The workout itself seemed like it would have been good, but I only lasted 15 minutes before the poor quality became unbearable.
