(More customer reviews)I bought this thinking it would be a dance aerobic. The name mislead me. It's actually a beginners kickboxing aerobic.It looks like it's in someone's basement, the props are all fake looking, and the two 'helpers' in the back have obviously never done this routine before.
The camera work is a joke too, in one instance I'm pretty sure the camera is zooming in on the instructors chest.
That all said, if you mute the annoying cheerleader instructor, the workout is perfect for those like me who only have 30 minutes in the day to workout. It really does get your heart pumping and sweat going.
If you can laugh past the campiness, it's a good workout. Very similar to a workout in a gym.
