(More customer reviews)was weary about getting the Cardio Hula workout after reading the previous review, so I got it at the library to try it out...and what a pleasant surprise! The workout is everything the other reviewer said it wasn't! Fun (yes!), music (yes it was a little slow, but it was lovely and fits this particular hula), graceful (definitely!), and athletic (it is the cardio hula after all). Kili is a great instructor and the two other girls are great to watch to help with the moves. The scenery behind them is absolutely gorgeous!
While I thought it was a little advanced for the very beginner (like me), that is easy to remedy. I thought it should have a few mini-workouts with a small grouping of the moves, until you can learn them, but it is easy to stop it and then continue it on the next day. I am enjoying learning the moves and plan on buying this workout and checking out others by Kili.
While this might not be a 'traditional' hula, it is a great start to learning the hula. I highly recommend it!
