(More customer reviews)This DVD has a 30 minute guided dance as well as 2 hours of dance music with images for you to use when you want to dance for longer and let go... The guided dance is great, not too intrusive and very similar to an actual Gabrielle Roth class (there are no set steps- you just tune into your body and allow IT to guide YOU) Even though it is only 30 minutes I always feel refreshed and relaxed when I am done.
