(More customer reviews)I have a few of the other Esquire-Dance Away videos and I really enjoy working out to them.The dance steps are simple and follow an aerobic workout style, the instructions are easy, and they are fun to do.This video is nothing like those others. It's very hard to follow. The dance steps are ridiculously hard and only for devoted dance students. Sure it gets your heart pumping, but not if you can't follow anything they are doing. You just stand there looking dumb founded watching the girls on TV dance. Don't waste your money unless you are an expert dancer and already know how to do the moves they claim to teach you.
