(More customer reviews)Giselle Roque de Escobar is a good instructor.She's a little over the top, but her mood is infectious and if you don't feel like working out, just make a start, and before you know it you'll have finished this fun workout.
It's fast paced but it's easy to follow.It's another Latin workout that makes it interesting because you're using different dance patterns than you'd use in a regular workout.
After she teaches you the base pattern/steps, you then add arms and directional changes.There is Salsa, Merengue and Advanced Salsa to name a few dances.It's about 32 minutes and you don't really feel like you've worked out, because it goes quick when you're having this much fun, but it's also fairly short.I like it.
