I really can't say enough good things about this!! As a rule, I dread the task of exercising, and avoid it whenever possible. This dvd is so different than any other I've tried (you name it, I suffered through it), and with it's totally unique moves, it's actually INTERESTING. It somehow makes it almost fun. I can't believe I'm saying that.
The moves feel like stretches (which I also usually don't like doing), and not really like a workout at all, initially. They feel GOOD in a way. You're barely moving, and thinking, "This is nothing!", but 10 seconds later you realize you're getting the workout of a lifetime! It's definitely more of a strength training dvd than aerobic, and I swear to god I saw results in my triceps after 4 sessions. You don't need a bar, just a chair, some big cans of tomato sauce (or whathaveyou) for weights, and a towel. The 54 minutes just flies by, Burr is awesome, and I can't wait to try more of her stuff. Try it, I really think you'll be completely amazed!
