(More customer reviews)The toning work in this dvd is innovative and fun.Jennifer uses the resistance band in fun ways, and I love the way she works your abs in the standing routine.Much more fun than crunches!My only complaint is that the dance is very hard to follow, and I've pretty much given up trying.It's hip hop influenced, so if you're good at that, go for it.I'm 58, and I'm still trying to learn The Jerk.
