(More customer reviews)This is ANOTHER great Christi workout.It's the latest of hers that I have.I don't know why this has taken so long to be released through amazon when other companies have it already, but nevertheless, this is a terrific dvd.It's fun, motivating, challenging and high high energy.There is floor aerobics for a little over a half hour, and then there is toning.Her cueing is again superb and it's never hard to follow because of this great instruction.The thing I like about this workout and her others, is her teaching style, because what she does is teaches you in layers.She begins with a simple easy step, repeats it for a bit and then adds to it often.Before you know it, you're doing what looked impossible when you first watch it through.Don't fret if you don't get it right away, because at the end is a helpful segment where each move is broken down easily.A must workout dvd.Better than anything else out there.
