(More customer reviews)I bought this DVD after working out to the Hula Workout for Weight Loss by Kili.This DVD is excellent for beginners, or people at that intermediate level like myself.The more you use it, the easier the moves are to understand and the harder you find yourself working.It's really amazing because you don't even realize your working so hard until you get to the cooldown and realize your sweaty and out of breath.It is just that much fun.
I combine this DVD often with my Mari Winsor Pilates DVDs to get more work in my midsection...that is the one thing I think that these workouts lack the most...but in terms of working your legs and your butt and thighs, this workout has done the trick for me...after just a few weeks I noticed my thighs were getting significantly smaller.I have lost 10 lbs. in a month doing this workout...I like to combine them with Kili's other videos to keep me from getting bored....
This is nice though, it takes a half an hour of time and leaves you feeling great afterwards.
